THE CHALLENGE:
Simplifying the users step by step purchasing process online.

The concept solution was derived from feedback given from hundreds of online customers who had issues locating electronic products during their online shopping.

The issue arose frequently, where some customers expressed their frustrations with the inability to locate a specific product on the site or not seeing descriptive information. Therefore causing them to abandon the site completely, call customer service, or use chat support as a solution. In return, that caused the customer to spend more time than they expected on the site, creating a lot of frustration and confusion.

STRATEGY & UX: THE CONCEPT:
Simplifying the process of getting the item into the shopping cart was the main objective.
The idea of implementing a clear item description was the foundation to help increase online sales and retain repeat customers.

BUSINESS OBJECTIVE:
Removing any unnecessary steps involved in the process of adding an item into the shopping cart.
Add strategic calls to action and links to speed up the process.

Moving from informal sketches into annotated wireframes, the level of detail increases to include every aspect of the experience

DESIGN:
The idea was to create a friendly user interface, one that is helpful with clear information,quick and simple to use.

The implementation of this concept was about finding useful information about products and making the process easy and quick for adding items to your cart.
